  • Having Experience in similar position at international hotel or restaurant within 1 yearswith proven latter 
  • Hold a diploma in Culinary is Mandatory 
  • Schedule full time, Shift Rotating / shift work 

BUTCHER 

  • Male 
  • Able to work with a team. 
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Hard working, Honest, responsible, and passionate 
  • Having Experience in similar position within 1 years with proven latter 
  • Hold a diploma in Culinary is Mandatory 
  • Schedule full time, Shift Rotating / shift work 
  • Have knife basic skill 

BAKER 

  • Male 
  • Able to work with a team 
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Hard working, Honest, responsible, and passionate 
  • Having Experience in similar position within 1 years with proven latter 
  • Hold a diploma in Culinary is Mandatory 
  • Schedule full time, Shift Rotating / shift work 
  • Have knife skill 

STEWARD SUPERVISOR 

  • Able to work & supervise the steward team 
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Hard working, Honest, responsible, and passionate 
  • Having Experience in similar position within 2 years with proven latters 
  • Managed the daily kitchen utility operations & staff 
  • Areas of responsibilities include dish room operation, night 
  • Cleaning, Back dock cleaning & maintenance, banquet plating and 
  • Food running 

STEWARD 

  • Able to work with a team 
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Hard working, Honest, responsible 
  • No Experience welcome 
  • Make sure cleanliness the daily kitchen utility operations 
  • Areas of responsibilities include dish room operation, night 
  • Cleaning, Back dock cleaning & maintenance, banquet plating and 
  • Food running 

CAPTAIN 

  • Male or Female 
  • Max 35 yeas old 
  • Min Senior High School 
  • Having Experience in similar position within 2 years with proven latters 
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Having a great communication skills 
  • Able to work in a team 
  • Schedule full time 
  • Having a leadership skills 

SENIOR WAITER 

  • Male or Female 
  • Max 30 yeas old 
  • Min Senior High School 
  • Having Experience in similar position within 1 years with proven latter 
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Having a great communication skills 
  • Able to work in a team 
  • Schedule full time 

JUNIOR WAITER 

  • Male or Female
